Poor coat condition, matting and flea treatments will be subject to additional charges. Please note: Dogs should be free from ticks and fleas when they come for a pamper package. If fleas or ticks are present I will treat accordingly, advising you of additional charges including the extra time that will need to be taken to disinfect the salon and grooming equipment. I recommend treating your dog with Frontline Spot-on for the treatment and prevention of infestations by fleas, ticks and biting lice.
